You’re carrying a lot.

Your own care keeps getting pushed aside.

Practical Self-Care Summit

Come spend three days discovering practical, realistic ways to manage stress and care for yourself —

without needing more time, more energy, or a completely different life.

Come exactly as you are. No perfect self-care routine required

You already know you’re supposed to take care of yourself.

That probably isn't the problem.

The problem is that you're already taking care of a lot.

Work. Family. Appointments. Relationships. Maybe caregiving. Money. Health changes. A home that apparently continues producing things that need to be done no matter how many of them you finish.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that... there’s you. Your rest. Your stress. Your energy. Your needs. Your joy.

Those are often the easiest things to push until later. When there's more time. When things settle down. When everyone else is okay. When life gets a little less life-y.

But what if self-care didn't require waiting for all of that?

What if you could learn to support yourself inside the life you already have?

That's what The Practical Self-Care Summit is about.

THIS SUMMIT IS DIFFERENT

This is NOT three days of people telling you everything else you should be doing.

Because that's the last thing you need.

You don't need another enormous checklist.

You don't need 47 new habits.

And you certainly don't need to finish a self-care summit feeling guilty because you didn't watch every presentation.

Think of The Practical Self-Care Summit as a menu of support.

Some days you may need help calming your stress. Other days you may need to make something easier.

You may need support with food, movement, money, work, caregiving, rest or your health. You may need permission to stop pushing. You may just need one small idea that makes today feel a little more manageable.

Our speakers aren't here to give you a syllabus to complete. We're here to help you find what actually supports you. Take what you need. Try what helps. Leave the rest.

You don't need to change everything.

One useful idea can change the way you care for yourself.

The Speakers

Meet the people who are here to support you

These aren't random presentations pulled together to fill a schedule. Each speaker was thoughtfully chosen because they bring a perspective that can help you look at self-care, stress and support from a different angle. You don't need every session.

Come find the ones that make you think: “Oh. THAT'S what I need.”

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3 • 9:00 AM ET

Join Cassandra before the first presentations open for a gentle start to the summit.

We'll take a moment to settle in, breathe and set the tone for three days of practical self-care — without turning the summit itself into another source of stress.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4 • 12:30–1:30 PM ET

A live conversation with Cassandra and several summit speakers about what self-care looks like when work, responsibilities, family, stress and real life don't magically disappear.

No polished “perfect self-care” answers.

Just practical conversation about making care fit.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5 • 2 PM ET

We'll close the summit by helping you sort through everything you've heard and decide:

What do I want to take with me?

You'll leave with a simple starting point for your own practical self-care — not a giant post-summit to-do list.

The Three Day Journey

Three days. One simple progression.

The Practical Self-Care Summit has been intentionally designed to take you through three stages:

NOTICE what you need.

BUILD support that fits.

CREATE ways to keep supporting yourself.

  • Day 1 - Recognize & Reset
Before you can care for yourself differently, you have to notice what's happening.

Day 1 helps you slow down enough to recognize stress, understand what's draining your capacity, give yourself permission to need support, and explore ways to create some immediate breathing room.

    Theme:
    Notice, Pause, Make Something Easier.
  • Day 2 - Restore & Rebuild
Now Let's Look At What Actually Supports You.

Day 2 explores practical ways to support your body, energy, time and everyday routines; without all-or-nothing thinking or trying to overhaul your entire life.

    Theme:
Support yourself in ways that fits the capacity you actually have.
  • Day 3 - Sustain & Support
    Self-Care doesn't exist in a vacuum.

Money, career, caregiving, travel, health, and life transitions all affect how supported or stressed you feel.

Day 3 helps you think beyond a single self-care activity and consider how you can create a life that supports you more consistently.

    Theme:
    Take what works for you.
I’m Cassandra Martin-Himmons, founder of Master Your Stress, and I help midlife women manage their stress before their stress manages them.

I created The Practical Self-Care Summit because I know how easy it is for self-care to become one more thing women feel like they should be doing better.

When you're already carrying a lot, advice like “just make time for yourself” isn't really helpful.

You don't need more pressure.

You need support that feels practical, clear, kind and possible.

That's why I brought together this particular group of speakers.

I wanted you to hear different perspectives on self-care because what you need today may be completely different from what you need next month.

Maybe it's five minutes of quiet. Maybe it's moving your body. Maybe it's changing the way you're planning your week. Maybe it's asking for help. Maybe it's addressing money stress. Maybe it's giving yourself permission to rest. Maybe it's planning a vacation differently.

Self-care isn't one thing.

And my hope is that during these three days, you'll discover a few things that work for you.

Not someday. Not when everything finally calms down.

Now.

Want more time with the sessions?

Your free ticket gives you 48-hour access to each day's presentations.

We also have three live summit events throughout the week.
  • How Long Are The Presentations?
Most sessions are approximately 15 - 20 minutes.

This was intentional. You shouldn't need an hour just to walk away with one useful idea.

Free ticket attendees have 48 hours to watch each day's presentations after they open.
  • What If I Can't Watch Everything That I Want Within 48 Hours?

  • Is the summit only for midlife women?
This summit was intentionally created with midlife women in mind because that's the community that Master Your Stress primarily serves.

But if you're reading this and thinking, "That sounds like exactly what I need," you're welcome to join us.
  • I'm not very consistent with self-care. Is this still for me?
    Yes.

You don't need an exisiting routine.

You don't need to be 'good' at self-care.

We're talking about realistic support that can meet you where you are.
